Walk us the sprinklers first

An irrigation main, a low-voltage lighting run, or a drip zone feeding the beds is invisible and sits in exactly the area we'd want to work. Walk the yard with us and point out the heads and valve boxes. Ten minutes on the front end saves a repair.
Slope, clay, and knowing when to stop
